Yes, there is no Citizenship blog today. Yesterday right after noon we had total system failure at our house. We understand it affected a good portion of the Lowcountry. Comcast notified us that our telephone, internet, cable television, cell phones, and other media would be out of operation until 10:00 p.m. last night. At 10:00 they notified us that the system outage would continue until 4:00 a.m. this morning. Yes, everything is finally go now.
So, last night Harriet and i did what good citizens would do when our gadgets are out of order. We actually had a conversation. She said, "You never hear anything I say!".
I thought, "well that's an odd way to begin a conversation." Anyway, it was a good evening.
